But for me, it’s going to be in an attempt to lose weight. I’m going to start with just updating on getting fast food (too often) or going to sit-down restaurants (more rare). Eventually it might turn into posting all that I eat, or even how much I spend.
Sunday: 10 meatball plate with mashed potatoes and gravy at Ikea (note: decided to start the eating report after I got home from this)
Monday: Ate at home!
Tuesday: Caved and had McDonald’s. I didn’t have breakfast so by the time I finished work at 9:30 I only had one meal and was starving. Felt like crap afterwards. Why do I do it?
Wednesday: Picked up some Thai noodle salad from Safeway deli. Better than McDonald’s. Still not eating at home.
Thursday: Ate at home!
Friday: Today was really bad. Tim Horton’s Ice Capp. Taco Del Mar for lunch (took grossroommate to the airport). Met oldboy for Quiznos dinner.
Saturday: Went to the movies (Bridesmaids = funny; ticket prices = not so much) and we went out for food afterward at Browns. Good food.
As I look back, it looks bad. The sad thing is I’ve had worse. And more than once.
I’m posting this because I need accountability. Let the berating begin.
