I’m reporting this in an attempt to lose weight. I’m going to start with just updating on getting fast food (too often) or going to sit-down restaurants (more rare). Eventually it might turn into posting all that I eat, or even how much I spend.
- Sunday: Ate at home!
- Monday: Ate at home!
- Tuesday: I didn’t work today because of end of school, and students leaving. So my eating schedule was off. Ended up going shopping without lunch and therefore ate at the mall. So far, it isn’t sitting well in me, which is good, I guess.
- Wednesday: Ate at home!
- Thursday: I went to my first lacrosse game so of course had to have a burger there. Turns out two of my old-man boyfriends from hockey also volunteer for that lacrosse team. So now I’m going to go there more often.
- Friday: CANADA DAY! I went to one of the biggest celebrations in this area and enjoyed some Canadian classic rock, with Harlequin and Trooper performing. I also got fair food, but not as much as in years past. And I even planned ahead of time and brought my own drinks and a few bananas. I think I’m getting better at this!
- Saturday: Ate at home!
