This new popsicle that I made is now my favourite so far!
One of my favourite yogurts is Lemon Meringue Parfait from Yoplait Source yogurt. So I thought it would be great when frozen as well.
I cut up some strawberries and put them on the sides of my Zoku maker.
As for the main part of the popsicle, I put a few scoops of the lemon yogurt in a bowl, and added some milk to thin it to a pour-able consistency.
And once they were done, I ate devoured them!
Well, not all of them. This was the first time that one of my popsicles got stuck. I tried pulling it out too early. So it’s now defrosting on the counter so I can get it out and re-freeze it.

You should be able to make it in a different type of popsicle mold. It will just take more than 10 minutes to freeze it!
