Fast Food Fail: September 4-10


I’m reporting this in an attempt to lose weight.  I’m going to start with just updating on getting fast food (too often) or going to sit-down restaurants (more rare).  Eventually it might turn into posting all that I eat, or even how much I spend.

  • Sunday: Went to Tim Horton’s for an Iced Capp in the evening.
  • Monday:  Ate at home!
  • Tuesday:  C25K: W1D1  My first day doing the c25k program, and then I go and ruin it all by getting sushi and then sitting at Tim Horton’s later!
  • Wednesday:   Ate at home!
  • Thursday:  Ate at home!  C25K: W1D2
  • Friday:   Ate at home!
  • Saturday: Ate at home!  C25K: W1D3  *I even put in an extra 1 minute run at the end during the 20 minute walk home!

What do you think? Not bad, eh?  And who knew that someone who was 8000 lbs could go out and do C25K three times in a week!

    Hang in there with the Couch 2 5k training. I’ve heard amazing things about it! I know your weight loss goal seems incredibly far away, but all we have to do is put one foot ahead of the other. Today is all that matters. Hope you’re well!

  2. Sushi isn’t all that high calorie! Depending on what roll you are eating and the quantity as well. Did you know that there are WAY fewer calories in Tim Ho’s iced capps if you ask them to make it with chocolate milk instead of cream? Makes a big difference.
