Fast Food Fail: September 18-24

I’m reporting this in an attempt to lose weight.  I’m going to start with just updating on getting fast food (too often) or going to sit-down restaurants (more rare).  Eventually it might turn into posting all that I eat, or even how much I spend.

  • Sunday:  I got a beef donair. I didn’t really have any food in the house and hadn’t eaten much.
  • Monday:  Another Iced Capp at Tim’s.  So yummy!
  • Tuesday:  Ate at home!
  • Wednesday: Ate at home!
  • Thursday:  Ate at home!
  • Friday:   Burger at the first hockey game. But it was free. And it was pretty much the only thing I ate all day.
  • Saturday: Out for sushi with the siblings. I had too much. And then we had ice cream and cookies for dessert. Like we always do. Well, like I used to. An then I felt like crap afterwards.
Going out for the burger on Friday and sushi on Saturday were planned. The dessert afterwards were not. Thanks siblings! (boo)
And in other news, thanks to the Nike store for my new shoes that screwed up my knee.  I went to the running room and pointed to the shows that I own, and she said those were the exact type of shoe that I DO NOT want to wear. You’d think that the manager of the store would know something about pronation, especially since I told her I was starting to run.
