I’m reporting this in an attempt to lose weight. I’m going to start with just updating on getting fast food (too often) or going to sit-down restaurants (more rare). Eventually it might turn into posting all that I eat, or even how much I spend.
- Sunday: I got a beef donair. I didn’t really have any food in the house and hadn’t eaten much.
- Monday: Another Iced Capp at Tim’s. So yummy!
- Tuesday: Ate at home!
- Wednesday: Ate at home!
- Thursday: Ate at home!
- Friday: Burger at the first hockey game. But it was free. And it was pretty much the only thing I ate all day.
- Saturday: Out for sushi with the siblings. I had too much. And then we had ice cream and cookies for dessert. Like we always do. Well, like I used to. An then I felt like crap afterwards.
