Fast Food Fail: October 2-8

I’m reporting this in an attempt to lose weight.  I’m going to start with just updating on getting fast food (too often) or going to sit-down restaurants (more rare).  Eventually it might turn into posting all that I eat, or even how much I spend.

  • Sunday:  Ate at home!
  • Monday:  Ate at home!
  • Tuesday:  DON’T GO SHOPPING WHILE HUNGRY! I knew this rule but meh, I never cared.  I bought wings from Walmart because I was hungry, and it made feel like crap and I was backed up for days. TMI? I don’t care.
  • Wednesday:  Ate at home!
  • Thursday:  Ate at home!
  • Friday:  Ate at home!
  • Saturday:   Greek food at Stepho’s.  Seriously, if you’re ever in Vancouver it’s the place to go.  Line-up out the door of people waiting to get in. Pretty good food. Fantastic price (nothing over $12).

Overall, it was a good week except Tuesday, and I dearly paid for it. I didn’t do any exercise this week, so next week I’m thinking of attending a class at the local gym.  I don’t quite trust my knee yet to go out for c25k even though it feels fine.  In other news, Saturday was just a good night. Smiles.  That is all.
