I’m reporting this in an attempt to lose weight. I’m going to start with just updating on getting fast food (too often) or going to sit-down restaurants (more rare). Eventually it might turn into posting all that I eat, or even how much I spend.m
- Sunday: Ate at home!
- Monday: Ate at home!
- Tuesday: Ate at home! Cardio class.
- Wednesday: Sushi with a student. It had been a long time since I’ve had sushi. I missed it!
- Thursday: Ate at home!
Cardio class.I skipped the class today because I slept in instead.
- Friday: I don’t want to talk about it. It was not a good eating day.
- Saturday: Went to a Reggae cafe and had delicious Jamaican chicken soup. And I had tea from Starbucks when I went on a date with Daisy from Add Vodka
I ate at home a lot, but I didn’t eat very well. I need to get back to cooking more often.
In other news, who has started their Christmas shopping? I have something for 3 people so far.
