I’m reporting this in an attempt to lose weight. I’m going to start with just updating on getting fast food (too often) or going to sit-down restaurants (more rare). Eventually it might turn into posting all that I eat, or even how much I spend.
- Sunday: Ate at home!
- Monday: Ate at home!
- Tuesday: I had a split shift today, with a 4 hour break. And the water was shut off in my building. So instead of going home I decided to go to the mall for a bit. Did you know that KFC’s Zinger sandwich isn’t that spicy? They’ve really reduced their spiciness and I don’t think I like it anymore
- Wednesday: Ate at home!
- Thursday: The Devil happened. To recover from the devil, I went to have some sushi in my 2 hour break from work.
- Friday: Ate at home!
- Saturday: Ate at home!
I need to get motivated to do exercise. I’m going back to nights next week so I’ll have all morning to do stuff (start work at 3pm). What are some easy things that I can do? What’s a good way to motivate myself to actually get out?
